Local Orders:

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across Karachi. However, we charge 290/- PKR for delivering to other cities in Pakistan. After you place an order, you will receive an email and a text message for confirmation. Your order will be confirmed and completed once our customer service representative confirms it via a confirmation call. After an order is verified, clients can anticipate receiving their product within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that processing credit card payments may take up to three business days. Orders for custom stitching may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.

International Orders:

We ship internationally. International shipping prices are calculated based on your shipment's destination and weight. After you place an order, we have to ensure the verification, that the payment method is valid, and that you are permitted to use the payment method specified.

Once payment card processors have approved and processed your order, it is transported to our warehouse for dispatch. Please keep in mind that processing credit card payments might take up to 7-8 business days, depending on the accuracy of the submitted information (after payment is received).

Orders for custom stitching may take up to 10-12 business days to complete.

Custom duties, if any, levied by the purchasing country are the buyer's burden. 

We make every effort to fulfill all orders on time. We place a premium support on carefully handling your goods and expeditiously dispatching them via our courier service partners. As a result, the client is responsible for delivering the cash to the rider upon receipt of the items. Additionally, delivery cannot be done to an anonymous person other than the recipient whose name appears on the invoice, and in the event of an order cancellation at the recipient's doorstep, the receiver is responsible for the delivery charges.
